WAYS TO CREATE AN ORDER WITH ISAN FLOWERS ...

METHOD 1 - Go through our Checkout process here on isanflowers..com

(On isanflowers.com)
Step 1 – Log in with your with your isanflowers.com username & password (create an account first if you do not have one)
Step 2 – Add products you would like to buy to your ‘Cart’
Step 3 – Take you Cart through our Checkout process, where you give us your recipient and delivery information
Step 4 – On the last page of Checkout, click the ‘Confirm Order’ button (this will send the Isan Flowers team your ("Pending") Order and also e-mail you a copy)
Our website will then take you to the PayPal website, where you can choose to pay by PayPal Account or Debit/Credit Card (see WAYS TO PAY FOR YOUR ORDER below)  ...

How to Pay with a PayPal Account  

If you create your Order by going through our Checkout process here on isanflowers.com (CREATE AN ORDER METHOD 1 above, Steps 1-4), when you have finished creating your Order, our Checkout process will automatically take you to the PayPal website, where you can log into your PayPal account and pay for your Order (see example screenshot here).

How to Pay by Debit Card or Credit Card  
If you create your Order by going through our Checkout process here on isanflowers.com (CREATE AN ORDER METHOD 1 above, Steps 1-4), when you have finished creating your Order, our Checkout process will automatically take you to the PayPal website, where you can click on the "Don't have a PayPal account?" (non-PayPal members) link (see example screenshot here). to go to a non-PayPal member webpage on PayPal's website which is simply a safe webpage to enter your Debit or Credit Card information. (See instructions and more example pictures on our special Pay with Card at End of Checkout - Help page)

NOTE: If you do not like using PayPal's website (even to pay by card), simply stop at the PayPal website (do not use it) and Contact Us to help you pay by card another way (we can send you a link to pay with your card via the Stripe website instead)

If you create your Order by using our Order By Email page or Contacting Us (CREATE AN ORDER METHODS 2 or 3 above), or you have a problem on the PayPal website which means you cannot successfully pay for your Order at the end of our website's Checkout process, we can ...
EITHER ... arrange for you to receive a  "Pay through PayPal website" e-mail request - so you can pay for your Order on the PayPal website, by Debit Card, Credit Card (no PayPal account needed) or PayPal account. (See instructions and example pictures on our special Pay By "Pay through PayPal website" e-mail request - Help page)
OR ... we can send you a link to pay with your card via the Stripe website instead.

How to Pay by Thai Bank (bank transfer)

Simply stop at the PayPal website (do not use it) and Contact Us to say you want to pay with Apple Pay (we can send you a link to pay via the Stripe website)

How to Pay with Google Pay
If you create your Order by going through our Checkout process here on isanflowers.com (CREATE AN ORDER METHOD 1 above, Steps 1-4), when you have finished creating your Order, our Checkout process will automatically take you to the PayPal website. Simply stop at the PayPal website (do not use it) and Contact Us to say you want to pay with Google Pay (we can send you a link to pay via the Stripe website)

If you create your Order by using our Order By Email page or Contacting Us (CREATE AN ORDER METHODS 2 or 3 above), we can send you a link to pay via the Stripe website.

A Note About Stripe
Stripe is major online payment processing company used by millions of companies worldwide which provides secure webpages. It is similar to PayPal but we often use Stripe to manually request payments because (1) we know many customers do not like PayPal, and (2) simply providing a direct web link is easier for customers and ourselves to use, instead of arranging for PayPal to send a payment request email.

A Note About Western Union
We are sorry that we cannot accept payment via Western Union. Unfortunately, in our experience, we tried accepting payments Western Union for a while in the past, but this method had too many problems and delays. It was too difficult and unreliable toi use. (Please use the Pay by Wise method of payment instead - see above)

Other Payment Methods
If you cannot (or do not want to) use a Credit or Debit Card via PayPal, or any of the other methods above, you can do one of the following  …

- Ask A Friend to Visit our Shop in Pattaya and Pay Us (and you pay your friend later) – if you will do this, please Contact Us to tell us
- Transfer money from your non-Thai Bank account to our Thai Bank account – click here for details
- Visit our Shop in Pattaya and Pay Us Cash

Exchange Rates
The ‘base currency’ and ‘billing currency’ of isanflowers.com is US Dollars. If you pay for your Order online, the currency exchange rate you receive when you make your payment to Isan Flowers in US Dollars will depend on what payment method you use. If you pay with a PayPal account, you will receive the exchange rate used by PayPal, the company. If you pay with a Credit Card or Debit Card (via the non-PayPal member area of the PayPal website), you will receive the exchange rate used by your Credit Card company or Bank.

Order Status Types
After you click on the “Confirm Order” button on the last page of Checkout, your Isan Flowers Order will always have one of the following five status types (depending on what stage the order is at). The current status of your Orders can be seen in your personal membership area when you log in to Isan Flowers. Here is what each status type means …

1     Pending – You completed our Checkout process (added products to your Cart and clicked on the “Confirm Order” button on the last page of Checkout) but we have not confirmed receipt of your payment yet. If you have paid for your Order we will usually confirm receipt of your payment within 1-12 hours. If you did not successfully pay for your Order, you can view your Pending in your membership area on our website and try to take it through again to payment and complete the payment for it. Alternatively, please Contact Us or create a new Order.
2    Cancelled – You did not complete payment for your Order and it has been cancelled. You cannot now try to confirm your Order. To buy from us, please create a new Order.
3    Confirmed – You have completed Checkout and we have confirmed successfuly receipt of your payment. We are checking your Order and will contact you with status updates.
4    Refunded – You had a ‘Confirmed’ Order but Isan Flowers has refunded some or all of your payment
5    Shipped – Your ‘Confirmed’ Order has been delivered

What Happens After You Successfully Pay?
1     If you pay successfully with a PayPal account or with a Debit/Credit Card via the PayPal website at the end of our Checkout process, our website will usually send you an e-mail confirming the status of your Order as "Confirmed", and the Isan Flowers team will manage your Order.

NOTE: Your order will remain ‘Pending’ (and Isan Flowers will not start work on your Order) when ...
- you have successfully paid for your Order, but we have not confirmed successful receipt of your payment yet (we will contact you and chnage the status of your Order when we do)
- you have not successfully paid for it (however, your Pending Order will stay in your personal membership area of our website so you can complete the order later when you want)

2     PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming your payment
3     The Isan Flowers team will contact you (usually via email) to confirm your Order and/or maybe ask you questions about it
4     Isan Flowers will get your products ready and (based on the choices you made at Checkout) either send you an e-mail to say they ready for you to collect from our shop or deliver them to the recipient as you ordered
5     If we deliver the products to a recipient for you, Isan Flowers will send you an e-mail when delivery has been attempted or successfully completed (for details of our delivery service and what will happen if there are delivery problems, please see our Delivery & Collection page)

Privacy of your Isanflowers.com Membership Details
We value and respect the privacy of the information you give us when you join our website. We will never share or pass any of the personal details of our members (name, e-mail address, etc) to any other company or person.
